Sonny Hanks started just two weeks ago at #586 - Landfill Closure at Quantico. Even though he, like Richard, says "dirt ain’t his bag", Sonny has made quite a showing during his time there. He has been able to get all the stripping done and start hauling in the first cover layer. Joe has sights set for Sonny to go to the next utility job #611 - Spotsylvania School #16 to put pipe in the ground within the next few weeks. Sid has also made mention of needing him to put endwalls on at #609 - VDOT Emergency Pipe Replacement. Sounds like Sonny can expect to stay busy for a while!

Bob Cooksey has given great relief to Joe at #598 - Rapp Regional Jail/Sitewk III. Bob has been thrown into the middle of the end of the job and seems very excited about completing our work by month’s end. A word of thanks goes out to the people working on this job: especially - Dan, Carlos and Reyes for all their hard work to finish on time and below budget. Depending on the outcome of Joe’s continued negotiations with the owners, Bob may move over to Poplar Hills Section Two, after leaving the jail and build some more roads.
