arl and John spent most of the beginning of the year dismantling the 10,000 feet of bypass piping for the Massaponax Interceptor job. Right now, Carl's crew is about 95% finished with the Route 1 portion of the City of Fredericksburg PPEA. They installed, via horizontal directional drilling, 18” HDPE along the side of Route 1. They also test-pitted the many utilities running parallel with the road and in the way of the new water main. Carl is slated to move to Bridge 15 in Quantico to keep on drilling. Thanks to Carl and John for their work and we can't wait to see how much more they accomplish with the new drill!

hris's crew is working on the final completion of the Cowan Office and Medical Building, which includes the roof drains, fine grading and parking lot. They then will be implementing the change order for the Cowan Retail site, which is the building of an additional parking lot. All of Chris's crew has worked very hard this season to keep all the “finesse” site work at the Fredericksburg commercial sites on schedule. Keep up your great work!
