T he Aquia Park job was completed by Bryan's crew. This job was a test of endurance for Bryan in terms of deadlines and budgets; thanks go out to Bryan and his crew for their perseverance. They built all seven retail building sites and the two medical office sites and surrounding parking lots including all finish work to the Owner's satisfaction. From there, Bryan and his crew have moved on to the DEA Clandestine Lab. Of course we can't show you any pictures of them up there, because there are no pictures allowed on the FBI campus in Quantico. Bryan's crew has done all the demolition, clearing and installed all the erosion control measures. They have also completed the majority of the rough grading and even, the utilities, on this exacting site. Congratulations to Bryan's crew for all the progress accomplished and attendance paid to the Owner's needs!

A fter the successful completion of Rocky Pen Run, Dan's crew finished the grading work for the Maury School site. Then, they did more fine grading at the Spotsylvania Fire Academy and at the Berea Fire Station. Danny's crew is now near the completion of the Cowan Professional Park Lot 6 job. This job is located along Hospital Drive in the Mary Washington Hospital Fredericksburg Campus. The site will contain a multi-story office building. Danny's crew has moved over 13,000 yards of earth and is currently coordinating with the retaining wall subcontractors to install approximately 1,800 SF of pile driven lagged retaining wall and 4,800 SF of segmental retaining wall. While the building is under construction, the crew has moved (only about 500 ft) to complete some roadwork for the hospital. Danny's crew is in demand and doing great!
