D.D.'s Crew at New Stafford Hospital
A fter their long stretch at Cobblestone Square, D.D,'s crew was happy to move to Chestnut Hill to bulk out the dirt ahead of Dan's crew on the roadway next to Fed-Ex at the Stafford Airport. From there they settled into the new Stafford Hospital on the early grading package. This is a big earth moving project for Medicorp with Whiting Turner as the general contractor. There is over 300,000 cubic yards of earth to move. D.D. and his crew have completed clearing the thirty acre site and are well into the earth moving phase. We're not sure what got into D.D.'s crew but they moved about 70,000 cubic yards in September. Production reached upwards of 5,000 cubic yards a day. D.D.'s crew is rolling, so don't stop and keep up the tremendous effort!

Richard's Crew at Aquia Park
R ichard and his crew put in the utilities on the Chestnut Hill near Stafford Regional Airport. They then went to the Moss Free Clinic and installed the water, sewer, and storm system there. Richard's crew is now at Aquia Park where they helped Bryan's crew install the underground storm detention system which consisted of 12' by 18' box culverts. They've also finished most of the sewer at Aquia Park. Richard's crew is now working on the storm drain system and the water line, which is scheduled to complete towards the year's end hopefully ahead of the winter weather. We are confident Richard's experienced crew will continue to perform. Great job Richard!
