President's Message 2005 was the best year W.C. Spratt, Inc. has achieved on my watch. We were absolutely covered with successful work the entire year. This success has truly been a blessing and is completely the result of each and every person working here. I am very fortunate to guide our team towards bigger accomplishments in 2006 and I do indeed appreciate the dedication, hard work and “stick to it ness” each Spratt employee brings to work every day.
