John Hilliard fixing EX-28
J ohn had one of the busiest years ever in 2005! Many of the jobs done last year required more (and bigger) equipment. All of the new pieces were inspected and included in John's service rotations. Hopefully, help is on the way with another road mechanic slated to start soon! John and Joe Hoyt have continued working at a break neck pace to schedule many moves and trucks to keep up with all the work! Our great crew of drivers makes this task much easier. Thanks for all the dedicated hard work!

W .C. Spratt, Inc is building a new facility in the Fredericksburg Industrial Park. There will be a lay down yard for material, a new office building and a three bay shop with drive through capability. The new office will be over three times our current space. The planned shop will be over twice the size we have now and include an overhead crane, pneumatic hookups and three bay doors to roll equipment completely through. Joe Bailey says he's “looking forward to space and privacy.” Pete Strychowskyj says that “we're modernizing and updating… building a new and better facility for a proud and successful future for our employees.” Sherry commented that it'll “be nice to be in a new office because there won't be any stairs.” Sudip said that he “Can't wait to be there!” and Resa thinks that the new office “Will be very nice”. As you can read, everyone's very excited! The site work is complete, as is the base paving and curb. The office footings are poured and actual building construction will start this month on schedule for our August opening!
