D
ave's crew is starting this new-year off with a bang, out in King George. They
are working on installing 28,000' of pipe along the side of Route 3. They are also
going to lay pipe right through the middle of downtown King George while working
closely with the local businesses and homeowners. Due to the job's complexity, we have
also installed a field office for Pete and a fenced lay down yard. Dave's crew is
making great progress so far and we know this job will continue to be a success. They
finished installing all the utilities at Turney Estates and the Estates of Truslow in
2005. Dave's crew was also adept enough last year to start up the utility work by
installing sewer and storm pipe on Cobblestone Square after completing the King George
Industrial Park job. Hats off to Dave's crew for the great pace and all the hard work!

eDe's crew completed Crescent Valley including building the roadway and fine grading the
lots for Caruso Homes, on-time and under budget! After base pavement was laid for Caruso,
DeDe's crew returned hard to work on Cobblestone Square. They have done site work including
demolition and dirt moving for this 368-unit condominium development for K. Hovnanian. The
job is located in downtown Fredericksburg, alongside the train tracks and not to mention, less
than one mile from our office. As always, DeDe's crew has moved well on this job and is about
half way through moving 70,000 CY of cut to fill and importing 30,000 CY of earth. They took
a brief break from this job to go clear the Marriott site in Stafford. DeDe's crew has been
working hard, and we commend their continued performance!
