Bryan's Crew at the Marriott

Bryan's Crew at Turney Estates
B ryan's crew is nearly finished with Turney Estates. They moved 70,000 CY of dirt at the 21-lot subdivision for Caruso Homes. All that's left is to grade and pave the last roadway once weather permits. Currently Bryan's crew is working for GLMG on the Marriott site in Stafford, located just off Route 1 near Garrisonville Road. There, they have over 21,000 CY of earth to move for the hotel building pad and surrounding parking lot. Bryan has taken full advantage of the mild weather this winter to nearly finish the Marriott building pad already. They also were able to finish up the grading and stone base at the Theater Warfare Integration Center in Dahlgren. With the pace Bryan's crew has had so far, he will quickly move into another subdivision for Vauxhall Associates in Stafford, much sooner than expected. We appreciate the effort and planning that Bryan and his crew put into all their projects, which continues to show. Keep up the great work!

Richard's Crew at Courthouse Road Water & Sewer

R ichard and his crew have finished installing 13,000' of 18” waterline along the access road at the Stafford Airport for Branch Highways. Richard's crew brought this job in on time and considerably under budget making it a real star project for 2005. From there, Richard's crew began and is now working at the Spotsylvania Courthouse. No, they're not clerking, they are installing a half-mile of 15” sanitary sewer behind the actual courthouse. They also have nearly completed a half a mile of 16” water line along the shoulder of the very busy road, Route 208. Dealing with all the traffic control is tricky, but he and his experienced crew continue doing a great job. Richard is expected to move to the Quantico National Cemetery very soon to start another successful three plus mile waterline job for Facchina Construction. Many thanks to Richard and crew for continued safe work without disruption!
