DeDe's crew has nearly finished all work at Crescent Valley in Stafford County. His crew is finishing up the second phase of construction which amounted to nearly 3,000 feet of roadway including 80,000 cy of dirt moved, 15 acres of clearing as well as lots of coordination with surveyors. DeDe and his crew began 2005 in Fredericksburg starting a site job called Cobblestone Square. While there, DeDe and his crew were able to install the erosion control as well as begin earthmoving. Project conditions have caused a delay but these issues are nearly resolved and we expect DeDe to return soon to continue their great start. Thanks for all your great progress and hard work!

Bryan and his crew are wrapping up the sitework at the Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg. This is one of the larger earthmoving jobs for us in some time. Bryan's crew has moved over 150,000 CY of earth, graded over 35 acres including 4,200 feet of roadway. Wet winter weather caused only minor delays due to Bryan's planning and coordination on-site. Bryan's next site job anxiously awaiting he and his crew is Turney Estates in Stafford County. Here his crew will be tasked to move 70,000 CY of earth, grade out over 3,200 feet of roadway to accommodate 21 residential lots for our outstanding client, Caruso Homes. Keep up the great work Bryan!
