Joe Bailey has reached his five year mark with us here at W.C. Spratt. Joe has worked many long hours and put a lot of effort into keeping our jobs running smoothly. W.C. Spratt salutes him, and is glad to have him on board.

We would like to extend our great appreciation to John Hilliard. He will hit his twenty-first year mark with W.C. Spratt this March. His hard work and dedication to the company have proven invaluable. His patience, cooperation and knowledge have made him a pleasure to work with. Congratulations John, and Thank You!

Saul Canenguez has been with us 16 years. His pipe laying abilities have certainly contributed to our quality of work. We appreciate all his hard work and enthusiasm and are looking forward to working with him for at least another 16 years.

We would like to congratulate Dan Owens for the great job he did on The Geiger Slope Repair in Quantico. The project was completed under budget, ahead of schedule and very well done. Dan is now up in Quantico working on the FBI Classroom Building Addition. Keep up your great work Dan!
