MCAF Fire Station

Brian and crew have been bouncing around all over the place lately. They have been out to the Tank Trails (J-650), pulling up silt fence and putting down straw and seed. While at the White Oak Ward Church (J-649). They graded for curb and gutter and put down seed and straw. They also graded out for curb and gutter at the Physical Fitness Center (J-655). However they spent most of their time at the Mary Washington Hospital Bed Tower Addition (J-668). With De De’s crew they demolished a retaining wall, the pavement, concrete, handicap ramp, brick pavers, and a canopy! Brian is praised for his tenacity on all these jobs.

De De’s crew has blasted the MCAF Fire Station (J-669). They undercut about six and a half thousand yards of bad dirt from under the building pad. Then they filled it back up with stone. After that De De’s crew finished fine grading the pad a week ahead of schedule. They also helped out over at the Mary Washington Hospital Bed Tower Addition (J-668). Currently they are running the backfill operation for Jimmy’s crew on A-56 (J-667). Soon they will be heading out on our next big grading job, Woodleigh Subdivision. We can’t wait for De De to return to his favorite job, building a road in a hurry!
