In 1992, W.C. Spratt, Inc. employees bought the corporation through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As an owner, each worker shares in W.C. Spratt's success. That direct relationship fuels very strong concern for customer satisfaction, and means employees are constantly looking for efficiencies.

Many W.C. Spratt, Inc. employees have over 15 years with the company. Our stable, skilled workforce remains committed to providing quality work on time and under budget. Currently, we employ more than eighty-five people, including ten field crews with extensive experience in all aspects of our business.
